Function Introduction
1. PLC Remote Control
Remotely control various functions via mobile phone and monitor equipment operation.
2. Automatic Oil Skimming
When the floating oil reaches a certain height, the automatic oil skimming system will work to scrape the floating oil into the movable oil collection tank, and then discharge it from the drain outlet.
3. Wastewater Lifting
It can lift oily wastewater that cannot be self-drained by gravity to the equipment inlet, or lift it from the equipment outlet to the sewage pipe, outdoor sewage well, etc.
4. Flotation Device
By depressurization and release, a large number of fine bubbles are generated in the water. Evenly diffused, adhering to the surface of the crude oil and floating on the upper layer, then scraped away by the scraper, improving the separation rate.
5. Automatic Slag Discharge
After the residue enters from the inlet, it is automatically discharged through a special slag discharge system, and can be collected with a slag storage bucket at the slag discharge port.
6. Heating Function
In winter, oil and grease are easy to solidify and agglomerate. The heating function can heat the oil and grease to improve the oil-water separation rate.
